Pasmatex manufactures a diverse range of ribbons in a wide variety of colours.

The ribbons are of polyester, polyamide, rayon, lurex or blends and can be satin weave, double atlas or twill, with widths between 3 and 130 mm.

Due to the complete technological endowment of the production process (warping, weaving, dyeing, finishing, wrapping), the client can choose the desired pattern and colour of the ribbons. The ribbon wrapping rollers are 25 m, 50 m or at the customer's request, industrial-sized rollers can be provided. The ribbons are intended for the ready-made clothes production, knitwear, toys, wrapings, decorations, handicraft. Pasmatex has permanently in stock a large variety of ribbons, for prompt deliveries and guarantees the delivery term and quality for all orders.

Pasmatex is the single manufacturer of hook and loop bands in Romania.

They are made from polyamide, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 50 mm broad, in a wide range of colours.

The numer of guaranted hooks and unhooks is minimum 5000.

They are wrapped on 25 m rollers, being commercialized both together and separate. The classic colours are delivered promptly from stock.

The woven labels can be between 10 mm and 100 width, in 2 up to 8 colours. If requested, they can be cutted with ultrasounds, folded (on the middle, on the edge, at 45 degrees, manhattan type), self-adhesive.

The labels are made from polyester, mass painted, 90 degrees washing resistance.

They are delivered as single pieces or on 50 m wrapping rollers.

The price varies depending on width, number of colours, weft density, quantity and additional requirements (cutting, folding etc).

Pasmatex produces textile bands made from polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, cotton and blend, between 3 and 130 mm wide.

The bands are intended for the ready-made clothes industry, knitwear, leather goods, upholstered furniture, electric motors winding or spinning mills, and are wrapped on 50 m rollers. If required, bands for technical uses can be manufactured (film coated, dressing, flameproofing).

Pasmatex manufactures a wide range of elastic bands including elastic bands for corsets and lingerie.

These can be woven with widths between 3 and 235 mm, knitted up to a width of 50 mm and imprinted up to a width of 60 mm.

The fibers found in the composition of elastic bands are: lycra and other elastomers, polyamide,cotton, polyester and rubber. The elastic bands are intended for the ready-made clothes industry, knitwear, corsets production, underwear, bathing suits, footwear, leather goods, prothesis, orthesis commerce.

The elastic bands are wrapped on 25, 50 m rollers or 250-500 m bobbins, if requested, they can be wrapped in polyethylene and folded in boxes.

This range also contains suspenders for children (between 18 and 30 mm) and adults (between 30 and 40 mm), as well as elastic girdles. Prompt deliveries are ensured for elastic bands with customary widths.

Resistant girths are made of polyamide or polyester, up to 80 mm width; breaking strength maximum 8000 kgf.

They are destined for ready-made clothes industry, working equipments, military belts, safety belts, climbing, parachuting, different anchorings and tractions.

Furniture girths can be: - elastic - of polypropylene and rubber, 60 mm maximum width and various elasticities. - rigid - of polypropylene, cotton, polyester or blends, 80 mm maximum width.

Leather goods girths are manufactured from polyamide, polyester or polypropylene, in a large variety of models and colours, up to 80 mm width. If desired, tubular girths can be manufactured.

The materials used to manufacture decorative bands are polyester, polyamide, acrylics, lurex, cotton, rayon, the bands being up to 60 mm width.

Pasmatex has its own creation and design department which ensures samples and prototypes, fabricated on demand.
